Manholes, or maintenance holes, provide access to buried infrastructure like storm and sewer lines. Precast concrete structures offer a superior alternative to traditional cast-in-place structures – both in terms of cost and project scheduling.
Our products can be manufactured in a variety of sizes ranging from 1200mm (48”) up to 3000mm (120”). We also have the ability to provide custom openings to accommodate a variety of pipe sizes and types.
Catch basins are openings to the storm system that typically includes a grate or curb inlet at street level where stormwater enters the unit and a sump captures sediment, debris and associated pollutants.
S3 Precast manufacture catch basins in 600mm and 900mm sizes, complete with all the required tops to suit any steel frame and cover/grate.
S3 Precast manufactures grade rings in 525mm, 635mm, 710mm and 910mm diameters and 2”, 3”, 4” and 6” thicknesses.
We also make grade rings specific to K7, DK7 and K3 style of catch basin grates.
