About Event:

Join us for a full-day Lunch & Learn designed to provide practical, real-world knowledge of precast septic tank installation. This workshop combines classroom instruction with a live field demonstration, giving participants the opportunity to see proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices in action.

Throughout the day, attendees will learn about septic tank selection, site preparation, excavation requirements, lifting and rigging safety, tank placement, piping connections, risers, lids, effluent filters, pre-backfill inspections, common installation mistakes, warranty considerations, and applicable Alberta requirements. The live demonstration will walk participants through the complete installation process—from delivery and inspection to final positioning and installation checks.

Whether you’re an experienced installer looking to refresh your knowledge or new to the onsite wastewater industry, this workshop offers valuable technical insights, practical tips, networking opportunities with industry professionals, and a Certificate of Participation recognizing approximately seven hours of professional training.
