Stormwater Tank – Mobile City Estate, Spruce Grove

Project Overview
This stormwater management project was completed for Mobile City Estate in Spruce Grove, Alberta.
We supplied and assembled a 55,000-liter stormwater concrete tank designed to reduce flooding risk and improve water control during heavy rainfall. The system provides reliable stormwater retention while fitting within limited site space.
The Challenge
Mobile City Estate was experiencing increasing stormwater management challenges, especially during heavy rain events.
Key concerns included:
- Risk of flooding and water accumulation
- Limited space for installation
- Need for fast project completion
- Minimal disruption to residents and operations
The solution needed to manage high water volumes while remaining compact, durable, and scalable for future growth.
The Solution
To meet these requirements, we delivered a precast concrete stormwater tank system with a total capacity of 55,000 liters.
The tank was designed using a modular configuration of 7 sections (2438 x 1830 mm each), allowing for efficient transportation and fast on-site assembly.
With a total length of 12.81 meters, the system was installed to maximize space efficiency while providing effective stormwater control and retention.
This approach reduced installation time, minimized disruption, and ensured long-term performance.
Key Features
- 55,000L capacity for effective stormwater retention
- Modular design for faster installation and easier transport
- Compact footprint for space-constrained sites
- High-strength precast concrete for durability
- Built to withstand Alberta weather conditions
Result: Reliable Stormwater Management
This project provides Mobile City Estate with a dependable stormwater management solution, reducing flood risk and improving infrastructure performance.
The system is built for long-term use and can be expanded as the community continues to grow.
