Fire Suppression Tank – Brazeau County

Project Overview
This project was completed for Brazeau County in Buck Creek, Alberta.
We designed and installed a two-tank fire suppression system with a total capacity of 212 cubic meters (212,000 liters). Each tank measures 4066 mm x 4371 mm x 7706 mm.
The tanks are connected and operate as one system, ensuring reliable water storage and efficient flow during emergencies. This system plays a key role in supporting fire protection for the local community.
The Challenge
Brazeau County needed a dependable water source for firefighting in Buck Creek.
The existing infrastructure did not provide enough storage capacity, especially for larger or extended fire events. At the same time, the solution had to fit within site constraints and integrate with existing infrastructure.
The goal was clear:
- Provide sufficient water storage
- Ensure quick and easy access
- Deliver a reliable long-term solution
The Solution
To meet these requirements, we designed and installed a two-tank fire suppression system with a total capacity of 212,000 liters.
Both tanks are engineered to work together as a single system, delivering consistent performance and efficient water distribution when it matters most.
Key Features
- Two-tank system for increased capacity and reliability
- Large storage volume to support firefighting needs
- Optimized dimensions for efficient use of space
- Durable construction designed for harsh Alberta conditions
- Efficient water flow for fast access during emergencies
Result
This project provides Brazeau County with a reliable and efficient fire suppression solution, helping protect the Buck Creek community and improving emergency response capabilities.
